Digital Marketing For Community Growth Series
The Digital Marketing for Community Growth Series is a hands on, four workshop program created to help local businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and community members build real, practical digital marketing skills. Led by local digital marketing strategist Shelbi Killian, this series goes beyond theory and focuses on tools and strategies you can actively use to grow visibility, engagement, and connection within your community.
Because each workshop builds on the previous session, participants are required to commit to attending all four workshops. This ensures everyone progresses together and leaves with a clear, complete marketing foundation rather than fragmented information.
This is a working series, not a lecture. Participants should plan to actively participate and apply what they are learning in real time. You will need to bring both a smartphone and a laptop to each session. Prior to the first workshop, participants must also set up a Meta Business account, which will be used throughout the series to manage and understand Facebook and Instagram marketing tools.
By the end of the series, participants will have a stronger understanding of social media strategy, branding, website optimization, and audience engagement, along with the confidence to manage their digital presence effectively and intentionally for long term community growth. Class is limited to 25. Sign Ups open on February 6th at 10am. First Come First Serve.
