Chamber Board and Staff
Our board is composed of dedicated volunteers—business owners, community leaders, and individuals who care deeply about the success of our region.
The Board:
• Helps shape the Chamber’s mission, vision, and long-term strategy.
• Ensures programs and budgets align with the needs of the organization and those it serves.
• Offers oversight and accountability so the Chamber remains a trusted steward of chamber resources.
Board Members also serve as ambassadors. They represent the Chamber in the community, bring feedback from their industries or neighborhoods, and encourage others to participate in Chamber programs.
The Chamber seeks board members who are passionate about the success of Sublette County.
Ideal member candidates are:
• Business owners or managers who want to give back.
• Professionals with skills in finance, marketing, advocacy, or community development.
• Anyone who believes in the mission of the Chamber and is willing to lend their voice and experience.
Diversity of perspective is key. The more varied our board, the stronger our decisions and the broader our reach.

President Sage Price
With a background in hospitality, estate management, and community service, Sage brings strong leadership and a passion for collaboration to the Chamber board. She is committed to helping local businesses and ensuring Sublette County continues to be a vibrant place to live and work
Secretary Bronwynee Queen
Bronwynne is a local educator and the Assistant Director for Camp GROW in Boulder, Wyoming. Through her work, she is committed to investing in youth and families by creating opportunities for connection, growth, and meaningful community involvement. As a proud member of the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce, Bronwynne values collaboration and is dedicated to strengthening the local community through service, partnership, and long-term investment in the people of Sublette County.
Board Member Jenna Frey
As a newer Sublette County resident, I am excited to support our community and local small businesses by applying my knowledge and skills that strengthen and reflect our culture.
In September 2025, my husband and I moved into the county with our dog and cat. We enjoy all the outdoor activities our community offers; and I’m passionate about helping others build a sustainable future that is inclusive of all backgrounds.
Board Member Scott Davis
Scott Davis brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic communication to his role on the Communications Committee of the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce. As a consultant and engineer with over a decade of experience building enterprise analytics platforms, he specializes in translating data insights into action items for members. His work focuses on modernizing the Chamber's member engagement strategies through data-driven messaging and digital outreach initiatives.
Marketing & Membership Coordinator Christy Devlin (Employee)
Christy Devlin is dedicated to building connections that strengthen the local business community. As the Marketing and Membership Coordinator for the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce and owner of White Bear Boutique, she brings firsthand experience as both a business advocate and small business owner. Christy works closely with the Chamber board and members to organize events, develop marketing initiatives, and create opportunities for growth and collaboration. With a passion for community engagement and entrepreneurship, she is committed to showcasing the people, organizations, and businesses that make Sublette County thrive.
Vice President Jennifer Ricupero
Jennifer has lived in Pinedale, WY for over 3 years, and has loved getting to know and support local businesses and community members in the area. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree. Jennifer has been a business owner since 2014, brick and mortar, in-person and online. She is honored to be welcomed onto the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce. She is looking forward to listening and interacting with current and prospective business owners as well as employees, elected officials, locals and visitors.
Treasurer Cheyenne Sterck
Cheyenne is a dedicated community leader with over 15 years of deep-rooted history in Sublette County. With a background that spans from hands-on business management of a family farm to a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, she brings a multifaceted perspective to the Chamber of Commerce. Cheyenne is an expert in leadership development and organizational strategy, consistently seeking new ways to inspire local growth and support the regional business landscape. When not advocating for the community, she can be found enjoying the Wyoming outdoors with her husband and three children, embodying the adventurous spirit of the West.
Board Member Emily Nardacci
Hi, I’m Emily Nardacci! I’m a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Elite and am proud to call Sublette County home. I’m passionate about connecting people with the right property while giving back to the community that has given so much to my family.
As a member of the Sublette County Chamber of Commerce Board, I’m excited to support local businesses, encourage community growth, and help make Sublette County an even better place to live, work, and visit. I believe relationships are at the heart of both real estate and community service, and I’m honored to be part of an organization dedicated to strengthening our local economy.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and keeping busy with my three children. We love taking advantage of Sublette County’s beautiful lakes and mountains through hiking, trail running, kayaking, skiing, and snowshoeing..
Board Member Hannah Boyce
Hannah Boyce is the owner of Harvest Fly Farm and the founder of the Pinedale Farmers Market, where she focuses on strengthening connections between local food producers and the community. Her work centers on expanding access to locally produced food and creating spaces where people can gather, share, and support one another.
Originally from upstate New York, she moved to Texas for a career in Equine, where she met her husband, a Pinedale native. They moved to the area full-time five years ago and are now raising four children while building a life rooted in agriculture, family, and the great outdoors.
