Pathways

Connecting Sublette County next generation with hands-on experience and local career pathways.

Pathways is a Sublette County Chamber of Commerce initiative designed to connect high school students with meaningful, hands-on work experience right here in our community. Through structured internships, students gain real-world skills, explore career paths, and build confidence — all while local businesses invest in the future of our workforce. This program isn’t just about summer jobs. It’s about helping young people see what’s possible in Sublette County and creating opportunities that keep our community strong for years to come.

How it Works

  • Students complete a professional readiness course

  • Students apply and interview with local businesses

  • Selected students complete a minimum of 60 internship hours

  • Students are paid at least $10 per hour

  • Each intern is paired with a local business mentor
